This past year has been full of unforgettable red carpet moments, both good and bad. Celebs seemed to play it a bit safer than years past, preferring classic shades and silhouettes to crazy concoctions, with Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, and Katy Perry being the notable, frequently extreme exceptions.
