The calendar may say December, but the Spring 2013 collections were certainly favored this week. Celebs opted for truly glamorous gowns showcasing ornate details, patterns, and cut-out accents. There was a pretty even mix of neutrals and bright colors with several stars sporting distinct necklines from embellished collars to the embroidered strapless variety and plunging styles.
