Double-Take #2: Taissa Farmiga and Lena Dunham in Rebecca Minkoff

Who knew one dress could serve double duty at both a horror-themed TV show’s premiere and a charity event? Taissa wore the orange version of Rebecca Minkoff‘s Kirk trapeze dress with plunging back from the Fall 2013 offering earlier this month for the Los Angeles premiere of FX’s American Horror Story: Coven. The designer was also behind that snakeskin minaudière and the actress accessorized with a pair of black pumps. Lena’s yellow take on the flirty creation was a perfect fit for the 4th Annual L.A. Loves Alex’s Lemonade event in September. Rebecca Minkoff Gio Too heels finished off the Girls creator’s look. Should Taissa have went with something more somber for her premiere or did the addition of those hefty black shoes sour you on Lena’s look?
