Stars Get Glam for Baz Luhrmann’s Emporium Melbourne Launch

There’s no better man to turn up the glitz and glamour than our very own Baz Luhrmann, who was called on to officially launch Australian shopping destination, Emporium Melbourne. The building is over 100 years old, and fittingly the theme for the high-profile night was “Reimagined Glamour,” complete with a 2.5-metre twinkling sign reading “Emporium.”

The big-name guests dressed the part, bringing a mix of credible ensembles to the dazzling red carpet. Scroll through below to see our favourite looks from the extremely fashionable night.

Isabel Lucas embodied bohemian-luxe in a white Sass & Bide ensemble with the most divinely detailed maxi skirt. Her pulled-back hair and minimal makeup kept the look fresh and elegant.

Rachael Finch opted for Yeojin Bae‘s Double Crepe Split Dasha Dress in striking red. By teaming the piece with neutral, exposed heels, red lips and a slicked-back pony, the model exuded Hollywood glamour.

Easily one of Australia’s cutest couples, Lindy and Michael Klim sure can put an outfit together. Michael opted for smart-casual in Levi’s to make way for wife Lindy to shine in Calvin Klein Platinum. “I was very lucky to be dressed by them and I love my outfit,” she told Emporium Melbourne TV.

We’ve been keeping tabs on Scherri-Lee Biggs‘ outfits for quite some time now, so we’re happy to see her get it 100 percent right. The former Miss Universe contestant combined sex appeal and glamour in a white Pasduchas bodycon dress, a studded Michael Kors clutch and edgy, black open-toe boots. Her pulled-back hair and bronzed eyes really won the look for us.
