This weekend, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles threw its 36th annual gala with the help of Louis Vuitton, which presented the event this year. The museum was able to raise $3 million thanks to this year’s affair, which was attended by names known in the art world and Hollywood. The guest list boasted people like Nathalie Love, Patricia Arquette, Dita Von Teese and more.
The ever-stylish Janelle Monáe was also on hand to provide the crowd with a sampling of her musical stylings as guests dined and sipped champagne at the event honoring 83-year-old artist John Baldessari. The affair was held in an enormous gala tent with decorations inspired by the work of Baldessari.
