Considered the kickoff to award season (yes, it’s that time of year again for what-will-she-wear speculation and wondering who will win what), this year’s Hollywood Film Awards brought out a stream of A-listers. From Nicole Kidman to Kate Hudson to Natalie Portman and even Tom Ford, it was a pretty star-studded red carpet. Bling was definitely a thing at last night’s ceremony with several attendees opting to sparkle either in all-out embellishments or decorated in more subtle shine. Florals, embroidery and dynamic patterns were also trending. While the fellas played it relatively safe in traditional jackets and ties, three lovely ladies made their own statements in tailored suits.
