If there was a sartorial soundtrack to this year’s awards, it was definitely heavy metal with attendees favoring not only metallic dresses, but tons of embellishment. And many stars cranked the volume on their glitzy gowns all the way up to 11 with truly blinding bling. Yellow and pink were also high on the fashion playlist with numerous incarnations of both hues making an impression on the red carpet.
