2020 People's Choice Awards Fashion Highlights

We’ve come to expect the unexpected when it comes to award shows these days. From a not quite live MTV Video Music Awards to the virtual Emmy Awards, the pandemic has certainly changed red carpet fashion. But last night’s 2020 People’s Choice Awards managed to carve out its own path. With live presenters and winners being cheered on by an online audience, the ceremony seemed a little closer to award shows of yore. The stars came dressed to impress. Demi Lovato served as host of the ceremony and served up several looks. But it was her flashy Naeem Khan ensemble that stole the show. Tracee Ellis Ross proved why she deserves her newly-minted Fashion Icon status by breaking out two high-fashion looks. And Jennifer Lopez picked up her icon award in a little red number by Christian Siriano. Other standouts? Mindy Kaling in her colorful sparkling dress and Tiffany Haddish working the hell out of her Prabal Gurung creation. Not to mention Joey King rocking an all-red Robert Wun outfit.
