Weeks ahead of Kenzo x H&M ‘s November 3 release, evil eBay resellers were already listing pieces from the sought-after collaboration for 700 percent above their in-store price . And let’s not even talk about the planning that goes into purchasing a pair of original Fenty Puma by Rihanna creepers (although you can still get your hands on the somewhat-of-a-miss velvet iterations ). With Victoria Beckham for Target and many more covetable designer collaborations (and solo efforts) on the way, it’s important to stay organized. In 2017, we’re leaving nothing to chance. We’re marking our calendars with the release dates of all of our most-wanted items and checking them twice. Because the answer to the question, “Why can’t I have nice things?” should never be, “Oh, because I forgot that was happening today.”

Clothing/Shoe Drops to Watch For 2017
Bella Hadid for Chrome Hearts
Release Date: Early 2017
Los Angeles-based label Chrome Hearts is known for its rocker-chic pieces. It's the brainchild of Richard and Laurie Lynn Stark, whose actual child Jesse Jo Stark just so happens to be best friends with one Bella Hadid. Therefore, it's only natural that Bella's first foray into design would come in the form of a capsule collection for Chrome Hearts . The exact release date and full product range remain under wraps, but we do know that there will be gothic-printed babydoll tees and patent leather newsboy-style caps (Bella's recent accessory obsession) in black, white and red.

Alexachung
Release Date: May 2017
Style It girl Alexa Chung already has a slew of sold-out collaborations under her belt. (In the past she's teamed up with Madewell, AG Jeans, Marks & Spencer and Eyeko makeup, among others.) This year, the UGG art director is finally striking out on her own. Her stand-alone clothing brand, dubbed Alexachung, will hit Selfridges, Galeries Lafayette, Matches Fashion, mytheresa.com, SSENSE and its own e-commerce site beginning in May 2017. Alexachung will feature it all — denim, daywear, eveningwear, shoes, jewelry and other special products. As for pricing: "I’m not making something that has got a crazy high price point. I want to make sure its (sic) something that is speaking to just everyone on the street," affirms Alexa .

Nike VaporMax for Comme des Garçons
Release Date: February 2017
An athleisure lover's dream, these futuristic slip-ons made their debut on Comme des Garçons' Spring 2017 runway . As the name would imply, the Met Gala apropos shoes are designed to give you the appearance of walking on air. Thanks to Nike's Air-cushioning technology (which took over seven years to engineer), your feet will be convinced. Stay tuned for further details .

Selena Gomez for Coach
Release Date: Fall 2017
Unfortunately, Selena Gomez's upcoming collaboration with Coach will not be a full-fledged fashion line as we were originally (sadistically) led to believe. Instead, she and Stuart Vevers will collaborate on a single piece. No details yet as to its form or price point. In her official Instagram shout-out to her new brand partner, however, Selena holds a burgundy purse with a monogrammed pull tab. "Being able to create is my favorite thing in the whole world. I'm so excited to be a part of the vision and family @coach AND I get the honor to design with @stuartvevers -ahhhhhh," reads her caption. Make of this what you will.

Zayn Malik for Versus Versace
Release Date: May 2017
Zayn Malik and Donatella Versace's upcoming capsule collection , Zayn X Versus, will not be for the faint of fashion sense. "Bold! I like the brand bold!" Zayn, a fan of Prince's red Versace suit, told Donatella . It'll be more sophisticated than Zayn's previous design work. "Many rock stars they do their own line in fashion which is not relevant ... you know, just a license. For him, this will be real fashion," holds Donatella . That's all we know thus far.

Raf Simons for Calvin Klein
Release Date: TBD, but the runway show will take place on February 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. EST
Calvin Klein's Fall 2017 collection (Raf Simons' first with the brand ) will combine both men's and women's ready-to-wear. The heritage brand's monochromatic, clean-lined tendencies will meld with Raf's taste for minimal yet modern silhouettes and art-inspired patterns. We're dying with anticipation.

Alber Elbaz for Converse
Release Date: Early 2017
WWD reports that former Lanvin frontman Alber Elbaz has a project with Nike-owned shoemaker Converse in the works. The style will ostensibly hit store shelves in early 2017, but may be confined to the Japanese market. Given that Alber helped pioneer the luxury shoe trend, here's hoping Alber and Converse opt for a wide release and Chuck Taylor-esque price points.
