Last year, itty-bitty sunglasses were all the rage thanks to Kanye West via Kim Kardashian. But the tables have turned slightly as outsize shades are now back in fashion. (We’re talking sunglasses big enough to cover your eyes, eyebrows and a little of your forehead.) That doesn’t mean you need to ditch those skinnies, however. Slim shades, especially the shield variety, are still very much a thing.
This summer, shades are all about shapes. From hexagons to streamlined cat eyes to square aviators, it’s the best way to make a statement. And don’t be afraid to rock eye-catching tangerine and plum frames and even clear lenses.
